福耀科技大学（暂名）位于福建省福州市高新区南屿镇流洲岛，校园占地1006亩，是由福耀集团董事局主席曹德旺发起，河仁慈善基金会首期捐资100亿创办的民办公助、非盈利、公益性大学。大学定位为高水平理工科研究型国际化大学，办学层次为本科和研究生教育。

FuYao University of Science and Technology (FYUST) is founded by Mr. Cao Dewang, the chairman of Fuyao Group, with a generous donation of 10 billion yuan from the HeRen Charitable Foundation. It is a government-supported private, non-profit, and public welfare university located on Liuzhou Island, Nanyu Town, Fuzhou Hi-tech Development Zone, Fujian Province. The campus covering an area of 1006 mu, is beautiful and romantic with the solemn and grand main buildings. FYUST aims to become a high-level science and engineering research-oriented international university with a focus on undergraduate and graduate programs.
